After being pitched for many years (since Spotify made it cool, probably), I got to be part of the crew that helped execute Betterment’s first-ever year-in-review email. This beautiful piece of personalized CRM is full of stats: goals completed, dividends earned, time saved on rebalancing, award badges, and lots more.
Our hope is that sharing data like this answers for our customers the question: “What am I paying for here?” It’s important to show our value all the time, and especially in a volatile market.
